The amount of insanely talented crap people make for TF2 never ceased to amaze me. Converting Legend of Zelda songs into TF2 sound versions, for example, or the entirety of the Super Smash Brothers intro, redone using TF2 characters, and converted into a replacement for the Valve splash screens.
