Phaeton-drunk means someone is getting owned.  Like, Phaetowned.  

One night in WoW, we're all having fun, and Phaeton is at work and drinking some beer to pass the time as he works and WoWs.  He hears about one of our guildies, who ninja'd some gear in a pug raid he was leading earlier in the day.  When Phaeton found out what had happened, from other guildies, he wasted no time.  He gets into guild chat and systematically reams the guildie (who really did deserve it) and then without flinching, gkicks the guy.  

1/2 an hour later, the guy starts whispering people, asking why he isn't in the guild.  Turns out the guy was AFK while Phaeton was owning him.  XD  Quite hilarious!
