I'll forgo something, but not those two.
I'll probably just pick it up in the morning though.

I was late to the party with waffling on the decision. Soo, it's DLing right now. That being said, I have SWTOR time this weekend, so we'll see.

I spent about 12 hours playing it yesterday, tonight is SWTOR and some homework. Followed by more Skyrim.
Rolled a male Nord and I'm basically going Heavy Armor, 1H Sword (R), Fire Spell (L). Focusing on lockpick, speechcraft, and oddly enough, alchemy.

Urgh, so many quests. And some of them you get in the southernmost part of the map, and the destination is up at the northern border. But it's worth noting that if one could replace all the blood in their body with liquid Skyrim, I probably would.

Apparently come day 4 or 5 without feeding, the world turns on you. Bad deal in a big town, midday, with nowhere to hide. Gahhh.

I fought a dragon outside Whiterun. I started shouting Unrelenting Force at it and a guard ran over and asked me to kindly stop Shouting. I was like. Okay, bud, this dragon's all yours.

I had my first solo dragon encounter in the frozen wilds outside Winterhold. It took me by surprise, but I was all like, "It's cool, Lydia and I have this." (She yelling, "I'll kill you if I have to," at a dragon is gold.) But then I turn to look for my oft-straying Housecarl, and she is a mile or so back being gangraped by 4 Huskers.
No biggie. The dragon apparently bored of my puny shockbolts and flew to the nearest baddie besides the Huskers, who were still having their way with Lydia. It landed in between two separate groups of Bandits which happened to be having a feud with each other. Then I got mauled by a pack of ice wolves as the dragon devoured both Bandit Chiefs.
Took me a few reloads. Frustratingly good times, man.

Fought one near the Eldergleam Sanctuary. Absorbed its soul and then found a Draconic Wall two minutes later. Fml.
