So I was trying to watch a streaming show online, and one of the ads managed to hail mary a trojan through my security.  I think I got everything, and a full McAfee scan said no bad files were found.  But now every application I try to run pops up the "Open With" window.  Not sure how to fix that.  The only way I can get on my browser is to open a gif with browser, and then just use the address bar from there.  I'm going to try restarting my computer really quick, but anyone have ideas?  If you need more information, feel free to ask.

You've lost your .exe association.  Look up how to repair the .exe association for your OS.

Thanks Teo.  Worked perfectly.  One of my classmates had another fix, but it was of questionable legality, so I'm glad it was a simple fix.
